Mandatory changes were made to the following poster: 

• The Kentucky Commission on Human Rights made mandatory updates to the EEOC Equal Opportunity Posting, including the contact information for the agency, aesthetic changes, and a visible citation to the relevant statutory provision to which the poster applies.

Our updated posters, will also include the follow notices that have been changed with non-mandatory updates. 

• The Kentucky Child Labor Laws posting was revised in April of 2024.
• The Kentucky Wage and Hour posting was revised in April of 2024. 
• The Wage and Discrimination posting was revised in April of 2024.

What about federal OSHA? Kentucky is an approved federal OSHA plan, meaning that you only have to post the Kentucky OSHA poster. Click here for more information.
