Kentucky Chamber Expands Member Savings Offerings to Provide Valuable Resources for Businesses
FRANKFORT, Ky.— To provide valuable resources to businesses in Kentucky’s evolving economy, the Kentucky Chamber has announced three new programs that will offer members exclusive access to individual health insurance, waste management, and human resource management tools.
As the Kentucky Chamber constantly seeks ways to bring value to its membership, the organization has partnered with Anthem, Rubicon, and Salary.com as a way to provide solutions to the ever-changing needs of Kentucky businesses, especially in the post-pandemic world.

Individual Health Insurance with Anthem
The past year has highlighted an increased need to provide individual health insurance as the economy evolves and Kentucky sees more entrepreneurs, micro-companies, gig workers, and 1099 contractors. Through the Anthem Enhanced Choice plan, the Kentucky Chamber is now offering members a new opportunity to enjoy the same health coverage benefits as they would working at a larger employer.
“Anthem Enhanced Choice plans play a critical role in Kentucky’s continuum of insurance offerings, filling an important space between Affordable Care Act and employer-sponsored plans,” said Anthem Sales Director Harry Hayes. “For individuals who don’t qualify for ACA subsidies but don’t have access to employer-sponsored coverage, these plans offer affordable, comprehensive coverage. We’ve long partnered with the Chamber to the benefit of small businesses throughout the Commonwealth, and now we look forward to serving the individual market as well.”
In addition to this new individual health plan, the Kentucky Chamber offers members small business health insurance with Anthem, and workers’ compensation insurance with ClearPath Mutual.
Waste and Recycling Solutions with Rubicon
In an effort to help businesses save money, increase efficiency, and operate more sustainably, the Kentucky Chamber has partnered with Rubicon, a software platform that provides smart waste and recycling solutions to businesses and government entities across the world. Kentucky Chamber members will receive preferred pricing on these services.
