Who Should Attend?
Why Attend?
“Our goal is to get local leaders excited about the possibilities of developing projects that might not otherwise happen without P3,” said Kentucky Chamber P3 Workgroup Chairman Warren Rogers of W. Rogers Company. “We know that communities have needs for infrastructure and services but may lack the capital or the desire or ability to take on long-term maintenance. The P3 model can help local officials overcome these and other barriers.”
What will participants gain?
-
County and city official training credit available.
-
Participants will understand what P3s are, how they are different from other financing models, how Kentucky’s law and regulations work, and what to do with unsolicited bids.
