Adam Bibelhauser, Site Head & Senior Director, Louisville Distribution Center, Amgen
Adam Bibelhauser serves as Senior Director in Global Supply Chain and Site Head for the Louisville Distribution Center (LDC). He us responsible for US commercial distribution, including multiple third-party logistics & transportation service providers. The LDC also provides multiple services to Amgen’s manufacturing network such as storage of frozen drug-substance, cell bank, and ultra-low secondary packaging.
Before joining Amgen four years ago, Adam spent twenty years in the logistics industry in various operations, engineering, and customer-facing roles at UPS. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Health & Personal Care Logistics Conference (HPCLC) which is a non-profit organization connecting executive leaders across the industry to examine & exchange ideas.
Kenneth Calloway, Senior Vice President – Human Resources, Century Aluminum
Kenneth Calloway joined Century Aluminum in 2005 and, during his tenure, has held several critical roles, ultimately becoming the Senior Vice President of Human Resources in January 2024. Over his career at Century Aluminum, Kenneth has led significant initiatives such as implementing an HRIS system that increased resume submissions by 400%, modernizing benefits and payroll administration, and driving diversity efforts, including the establishment of the Century Women’s Network and the recruitment of non-English-speaking employees.
As part of Century Aluminum’s leadership team, Kenneth served as the chief HR leader, orchestrating due diligence for 15 companies across the U.S. and Australia, including assessing cost, staffing, and benefits programs. He co-led the implementation of a new benefits broker and managed a $25 million benefits spend. Kenneth drove cost-saving initiatives, achieving a 10% ($2 million) reduction in benefits costs by transitioning to Rx Collaborative and leveraging Health Advocacy Solutions through Blue Cross Blue Shield. These efforts kept overall costs flat against the industry’s 6-8% annual increase.
Prior to joining Century Aluminum, Kenneth held various leadership positions in manufacturing and served as a Drill Instructor in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he developed and implemented training programs and mentored senior Afghan military leaders.
Garren Colvin, President and CEO, St. Elizabeth Healthcare
For more than 40 years, Garren Colvin has been leading Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati to be a healthier region as a part of St. Elizabeth Healthcare, which has six hospital facilities currently operating throughout Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana, as well as 169 St. Elizabeth Physicians specialty and primary care offices located throughout Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. The largest employer in Northern Kentucky, St. Elizabeth currently has more than 10,000 associates and a Medical Staff of nearly 1,600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
A native of Ludlow, KY, Colvin first joined St. Elizabeth in 1983 as a student co-op in the finance department. After college, he held a variety of roles in accounting, finance, and operations, becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2001 and the Chief Operating Officer in 2011. During those years, Colvin was instrumental in the merger of the former St. Luke Hospitals and St. Elizabeth Medical Center in 2008 and he provided key expertise during the consolidation of Patient First and Summit Medical Groups into St. Elizabeth Physicians in 2010. In June 2015, Colvin was named President and CEO of St. Elizabeth Healthcare.
Among the system’s highlights during Colvin’s tenure as President, St. Elizabeth opened a state-of-the-art cancer center and a regional heart and vascular center adjacent to the hospital’s Edgewood, KY, campus, to address critical health needs in the region. As a result, lung cancer screenings have increased by 25%, placing St. Elizabeth among the top 5% in the nation and heart disease-related deaths have been reduced in the region by 15%. He also led the community through a time of crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic as St. Elizabeth answered the call to serve when and where the community needed it most. In 2020, Colvin was responsible for expanding St. Elizabeth’s services into Southeastern Indiana with the acquisition of the former Highpoint Health.
During his tenure, St. Elizabeth has become known for its high quality, being named as the #1 ranked hospital in Kentucky according to U.S. News and World Report. In 2024, St. Elizabeth’s Edgewood and Dearborn campuses both received the prestigious 5-star rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), a designation held by only 381 hospitals nation-wide.
Throughout his career, Colvin has maintained a focus on St. Elizabeth’s mission of providing comprehensive and compassionate care that improves the health of the people St. Elizabeth serves. The system provides more than $100 million annually in community benefit and has been a long-time supporter of non-profit groups. Colvin has contributed directly to that by serving in a variety of leadership roles, including as Chair of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, President of the Kentucky Hospital Association, Co-Chair of Covington Life Sciences Partners, and board member of Foundation for Healthy Kentucky, Prichard Committee, Kentucky Health Collaborative, OneNKY Alliance, Northern Kentucky Tri-Ed Development, and the Diocesan Financial Council.
Colvin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Thomas More University in 1986 and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University in 1996.
Russ Cox, President & CEO, Norton Healthcare
Russell F. Cox, president & CEO of Norton Healthcare, assumed his current position on Jan. 1, 2017. He joined Norton Healthcare in September 2000 as vice president of support services. He was appointed senior vice president, operations and development, in October 2002; executive vice president in September 2004; and executive vice president and chief operating officer in September 2005.
Cox has more than 40 years of executive experience in health care. Before joining Norton Healthcare, he spent six years as executive director of resource operations at Caritas Health Services in Louisville. Before that, he worked for Humana Inc., Galen Healthcare and Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corp., in various executive roles, including human resources, development and acquisitions, and operations support.
A lifelong resident of Louisville, Cox earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development. He also attended the Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed the requirements for certification from its Executive Development Institute.
Cox is active in the community by serving on various nonprofit and volunteer boards. He is past chair of the Bellarmine University Board of Trustees and currently serves as a member of its Executive Committee; immediate past chair of Greater Louisville, Inc. Board of Trustees; Louisville Healthcare CEO Council, LHCC, Inc.; Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents; and Simmons College of Kentucky’s Kerner Commission 2.0. He previously served on the Kentucky Chamber Board of Trustees; Downtown Development Corporation Board as treasurer and member of its Executive Committee; Kentucky Country Day School Board of Trustees as board chair and member of its Executive Committee; and as past chair of the Leadership Louisville Foundation Board. Jeb Duke, Regional Vice President - Kentucky Medicaid, Humana Inc.
Jeb Duke is the Regional President of Kentucky Medicaid at Humana, Inc., a leading health care company that offers a wide range of insurance products and health and wellness services that incorporate an integrated approach to lifelong well-being. In this role, he is responsible for Kentucky Health plans operations, strategy, clinical programs, external relationships and plan performance. Jeb has 17 years of experience in the Healthcare industry with a focus on Operations, Product Implementation and Program Management. Jeb has serviced as the Chairman of the Kentucky Association of Health Plans and is a Board Member of the Kentucky Chamber. He has an undergraduate and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky. Jeb education and qualifications also include an accounting certificate from the University of Louisville, Project Management Certification and Six Sigma. Prior to coming to Humana he served in the United State Marine Corps.
Rep. Robert Duvall, Vice Chair, House Health Services Committee
Rep. Robert Duvall currently serves as a State Representative for the 17th District, which includes portions of Bowling Green and Warren County. For the past 30 years, Dr. Duvall has served in healthcare as an optometrist and a small business owner. He currently serves at the Vice Chair of the Health Services Committee in the House. Paige Franklin is the Chief Executive Officer of Aetna Better Health of Kentucky. At only 34 years old, Paige was promoted to her current position and vice president within CVS Health, Aetna’s parent company. At the time of her promotion, and still today, 3 years later, Paige is among the youngest vice presidents in a Fortune Six Company. In her role as CEO, Paige has profit and loss responsibility for more than $2 billion in annual revenue. During her time with Aetna, Paige has been the architect of two successful procurements, including securing the sole contract to administer the Commonwealth’s first of its kind Supporting Kentucky Youth (SKY) contract, serving Kentucky’s children who are impacted by the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Nancy Galvagni, President & CEO, Kentucky Hospital Association
Nancy C. Galvagni is President of the Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA). As President, she is responsible for the effective operation and direction of all activities of the Association. She leads the organization in its activities regarding the development of public policy related to health care, advocating on behalf of its members, and furthering the mission of the Association to improve the health status of the citizens of the Commonwealth.
Ms. Galvagni is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, and has been employed by KHA for over 40 years, serving in a variety of management, policy and advocacy roles during her tenure.
Brett Gravois, Site Head & Head of US Commercial Distribution, Roche Genentech
Brett Gravois currently serves as the Head of US Commercial Distribution for Roche Genentech in Louisville, KY, a role he has held since January 2023. With a strong background in leadership and operations management within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries, Brett brings a wealth of experience to his current position. In his current role, he is responsible for the organization's storage and distribution strategy of commercial finished goods and clinical investigational medicinal products for the US market.
Previously, Brett was the Multi-Site Plant Manager for Saint-Gobain Life Sciences in Washington DC from 2021 to 2023, where he played a crucial role in overseeing multiple manufacturing sites and ensuring efficient operations. Winston Griffin, CEO & Chairman, Laurel Grocery
Winston Griffin began his career in 1997 at Laurel Grocery Company, a family-owned grocery wholesaler that supplies several states, including Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia. After over 25 years of service to the company, Griffin became CEO and chairman of the board.
Griffin earned his Juris Doctor from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, where he serves as a director and founding member of the Transactional Law Practice Center and serves on the Board of Visitors. He also received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
Griffin served on the Kentucky Chamber Board of Directors from 2013 until 2022, where he has served as treasurer for four years and as chairman in 2020-2021. Aside from his commitment to the Chamber, Griffin is a director at Cumberland Valley National Bank. He also currently serves on the board of the University of the Cumberlands, the National Grocers Association board, University of Kentucky College of Public Health Philanthropy Campaign Committee, and London-Laurel County Chamber of Commerce board.
Matt Grimshaw, Market President, CHI Saint Joseph Health
Matt Grimshaw joined CHI Saint Joseph Health as market president in December 2024. He comes to Kentucky from Trinity Health System where he had served as the CEO since 2017. Prior to Trinity, he was the West Region President of CHI St. Alexius Health in Williston, North Dakota, and previously served as president of CHI St. Alexius Health-Williston for six years. Mr. Grimshaw’s career has spanned a large part of the country and he has spent more than 15 years in leadership roles in a variety of Catholic hospitals. He is passionate about delivering excellent healthcare services to those in need and has successfully navigated a wide range of strategic challenges. Mr. Grimshaw earned his MBA from Wake Forest University and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is married to Dr. Annette Grimshaw and they reside in Lexington with their three children. He also serves as CEO of The Turnpike Partnership, a global network supporting life sciences commercialization across the U.S. and Europe.
Dr. Keeney has held executive roles at Elevate Ventures, Exomedicine Institute, and KSTC, providing strategic guidance to startups and high-potential businesses. His expertise spans corporate leadership, venture development, and public policy advocacy. He previously led Haverstick Solutions’ global learning practice, managing $60M in revenue.

Amy Luttrell, President & CEO, Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, Inc.
Amy Luttrell is President & CEO of Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, a $140M social enterprise which serves 103 of Kentucky’s 120 counties. Prior to moving to Kentucky in 2014, she served three other Goodwills over a 35-year span. As CEO, Amy leads over 2,500 employees in operating Goodwill’s business lines and providing many direct services to assist people who face barriers to employment to join the workforce and find pathways out of poverty.
Amy has served on many boards and councils, currently the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce board, the Greater Louisville Inc. Foundation board, and the Park Community Credit Union advisory board. She is a 2015 Leadership Kentucky graduate and a member of the Rotary Club of Louisville. Amy grew up in Lexington and Murray and graduated from Murray State University.
Stephen Meredith, Chair, Senate Health Services Committee
Senator Stephen Meredith (R-Leitchfield) represents Kentucky’s 5th District, which includes Breckinridge, Butler, Grayson, Ohio, and Meade counties. He serves as Chair of the Senate Standing Committee on Health Services. Meredith is also a member of the Senate Standing Committees on Education; Licensing & Occupations; and Families & Children. Additionally, Meredith serves as a member of the Government Contract Review Committee and the newly established Artificial Intelligence Task Force.
Before his election to the State Senate in 2016, Meredith built a 40-year career in healthcare, including three decades as CEO of Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. Under his leadership, the hospital grew from a small county facility into a regional provider, expanding services and infrastructure to meet the unique needs of rural hospitals. Meredith holds Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Master’s in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota.
A dedicated community leader, Meredith served on the Grayson County Chamber of Commerce Board, including a term as Chair, and has been involved with numerous local organizations. He led Grayson County’s successful effort to earn the Work Ready in Progress Community designation, supporting workforce and economic development initiatives in the region.
Meredith resides in Leitchfield with his wife of over 40 years, Karen. They have two sons and six grandchildren. Above all, he considers his family to be his greatest achievement.
Kim Moser, Chair, House Health Services Committee
Kim Moser, a resident of Taylor Mill KY, is a registered nurse with many years of experience in Neonatal ICU and as a flight nurse for the UK Neonatal Transport Team. Her graduate work in Architecture lead to hospital design work and other construction projects.
Kim is the Past-President of the American Medical Association Alliance, leading advocacy on health care and medical legislative issues nationally. She was elected Chair of the Kentucky Physicians’ PAC as the first non-physician to lead a Physicians’ PAC in the nation. She is the founding director of the Northern KY Office of Drug Control Policy, working to eliminate the scourge of Substance Abuse, and currently serves on the NKY Drug Policy Board.
Kim is passionate about health care and medical legislative issues and has been an effective leader on local, state and national levels. She was elected to the State Legislature in 2016 and serves the 64th House District in the Kentucky General Assembly. Kim chairs the Health Services Committee and serves on the Judiciary and Elections and Constitutional Amendments Committees. She has passed numerous pieces of legislation and is a leader on health care, addiction, mental health and criminal justice policy. Kim has received many awards for her work and leadership.
Kim and her husband Neal have been married for 40 years and have five grown sons and three grandchildren. They love traveling, boating and family adventures. They are avid hikers, having climbed to Mt. Everest Base Camp and Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
James C. Musser, Esq., Senior Vice President for Policy & Government Relations, Kentucky Hospital Association
James C. Musser is the Senior Vice President for Policy and Government Relations for the Kentucky Hospital Association. Musser leads the association’s government affairs efforts at both the state and federal levels of government.
Previously, Musser served as the Executive Director of the Office of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. He oversaw the Cabinet’s legislative and regulatory initiatives and acted as the Cabinet’s chief liaison to the General Assembly.
Musser worked in Washington, D.C. for twenty-five years where he served as Senior Advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Labor, Special Adviser to the Chairman of the House Budget Committee, and as Senior Staff Counsel to the Honorable Jim Bunning of Kentucky. Musser has also been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Law School, the Shenandoah University Department of Political Science, and the University of Louisville Graduate School of Public Health.
Musser is a native of Boyd County and began his career practicing law in Northern Kentucky. Musser earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law and he is a summa cum laude graduate of Marshall University.

Before leading Louisville Tile, Dub founded and operated FirstLight Home Care based in Kentucky, providing senior care services until the company was eventually sold to Masonic Homes of Kentucky. Dub has an extensive background in finance, having served as the treasurer and controller of the University of Louisville for three years. He also spent 18 years in public accounting, working with Ernst & Young and Dean Dorton. Tom Stephens SHRM-SCP, President & CEO, Kentucky Association of Health Plans
Tom Stephens joined KAHP in January 2021, bringing extensive public and private leadership experience. Previously, he served as Secretary of the Kentucky Personnel Cabinet, overseeing the state's largest self-funded health insurance plan, workforce planning, and a $1.6 billion annual payroll. He also worked as Corporate Counsel for Alltech and founded Stephens Enterprises, a consulting firm offering business solutions and legal services. Additionally, Stephens co-founded the Gilroy Group, a residential real estate management and investment firm.
A graduate of Tulane University and Loyola University School of Law, Stephens was a U.S. Presidential Management Fellow, specializing in regulatory compliance and maritime law. He is a recent graduate of the GLI Health Enterprise Network Fellows Program. Stephens chairs the Sayre School Board of Trustees and serves on the boards of Bluegrass Community and Technical College and the Central Kentucky American Heart Association. He is also a licensed private pilot and a Kentucky Civil Air Patrol member.
Ashli Watts, President & CEO, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce
Ashli Watts was named the President and CEO for the Kentucky Chamber, the state’s largest business association, in November 2019. Ashli joined the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in November of 2012, and during her tenure as Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at the Chamber, she has led efforts in passing significant pieces of legislation such as felony expungement in 2016, right to work legislation in 2017, workers’ compensation reform in 2018 and reinstating arbitration agreements in 2019. As part of the Chamber’s leadership team, the Kentucky Chamber was named National State Chamber of the Year in 2017. Prior to joining the Chamber, she worked at the Kentucky Bar Association and the Legislative Research Commission.
Kennan Wethington, President, Kentucky Commercial Business, Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kentucky
Wethington joined Anthem in 2003 and was named president in October 2017. In this role, he is responsible for Anthem’s commercial business in Kentucky, leads long-term strategic planning, serves as a primary contact for state regulators and public officials, and coordinates Anthem’s corporate social responsibility efforts.
Before joining Anthem in 2003, Wethington practiced law for seven years, with an emphasis in medical and business litigation. He has a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of Richmond.
He serves as a board member for the Louisville Healthcare CEO Council and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
